They prepare W-2, 1099, file W-9, file I-9, file & pay quarterly and annual employee taxes, file & pay quarterly and annual payroll tax forms and payments, offer benefits, handle reimbursements, integrate with many softwares such as quickbooks online. You literally can run payroll in a few minutes. You can even erase and redo with no issues. If you have employees, they literally do the payroll onboarding for you and file the proper forms with the employment commission. All of these services are included and automated. They offer automatic payroll, split payroll, split deposits, benefits, 401k and more. At the end of the quarter and year all forms are ready for download. They even offer employee login so they can view payroll each week and download tax forms. They keep you compliant. I highly recommend. Worth Every Penny!
I have been using grasshopper for a long time. It is awesome when it comes to staying professional when clients call. You get either a local number or a toll free number that you can set to connect to your cell phone. Whenever a client calls you will know so that you can answer the correct way. One major feature is that I can go into the app and call a customer and the customer will see my business number instead of my cell phone number. They have even added texting now so its awesome. You set the times that calls will forward so that if you close at 6pm all calls will then send the clients to a professional sounding voicemail. Also I own a booth rental salon so I have set up a line for each of my booth renters. They each have a separate log-in to access their own voicemails. Grasshopper makes you seem like a large company with hold music and more. It's a must have for individuals and salons.
